Terms and Conditions

By participating in the fbm Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in this program.

1. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction
• You must submit a valid application and receive approval from fbm
• fbm reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion
• fbm may terminate any affiliate account at any time without prior notice

2. Content and Compliance

• You may not modify, alter, or remove any fbm trademarks, logos, or watermarks
• All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with advertising standards in their jurisdiction
• All promotional materials must include appropriate age restrictions and disclaimers
• You must properly label adult content with RTA (Restricted To Adults) tags where applicable

3. Commission and Payments

• Revenue Share: 50% of net revenue from referred customers
• Minimum Payout: $100 USD
• Payment Schedule: Weekly payouts for balances exceeding minimum threshold
• Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency, Paxum, Payoneer, or Bank Transfer
• Processing Time: 3-7 business days after payout request approval
• Commissions are calculated on net revenue after processing fees and chargebacks
• fbm reserves the right to hold payments for verification purposes

4. Tracking and Attribution

• Tracking cookies are valid for the lifetime of the customer relationship
• First-click attribution model applies
• Affiliates receive credit for all future purchases made by referred customers
• Self-referrals and fraudulent signups will result in account termination

5. Termination

fbm may terminate your affiliate account immediately for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or manipulation of tracking systems
• Excessive chargebacks or refund rates
• Self-signup or incentivized signups
• Use of prohibited promotion methods
• Account inactivity for more than 12 months
• Any activity that damages the fbm brand or reputation

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited at fbm's discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

• fbm is not liable for any server downtime, technical issues, or tracking failures
• Maximum liability is limited to the total commissions earned in your account
• fbm is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Affiliates are solely responsible for their promotional activities and compliance with laws

7. Confidentiality

• Performance metrics, commission rates, and program details are confidential
• You may not disclose program information to non-affiliates without written permission
• This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the agreement

8. Modifications

fbm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
